Welcome to the Housing Authority of Hopkinsville


Our aim is to ensure safe, decent and affordable housing for people of our community, to create opportunities for residents' self-sufficiency and economic independence, and to assure fiscal integrity in all of our programs. We support programs that renew and revitalize our community's neighborhoods. We seek to enhance the life skills of our residents through educational opportunities and to provide a brighter future for resident children.

The Housing Authority of Hopkinsville will begin accepting applications for its Public Housing program beginning at 8 a.m. on Monday December 22, 2014.  The waiting list will remain open indefinitely, but may close without notice.  NO APPLICATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR SECTION 8 AT THIS TIME.

Applications may be submitted online at any time.  Walk-in applicants may apply at the Housing Authority office at 400 N. Elm St. in Hopkinsville every Wednesday from 9-11 a.m. or 2-4 p.m. with the exception of December 24, 2014.
